My first memories are of creating imaginary worlds with pen on paper with my father. I am self-taught, with my most significant influence being my dad Kenny Chrisjohn; later, this would include his family of creative people.

And as life unfolded, as I travelled, my INFLUENCES began to include many more creative geniuses…you know who you are.

I have been involved in creating many genres of art, sculpture, photography, beading, cornhusk braiding, printmaking, leatherwork, sewing, poetry, and encaustic painting…as my site grows, I hope to share all areas of my work.

My life is all about “art.” Researching and practicing forms of artistic creation allows me to be eclectic in my visual artwork. I am currently the artist in residence for Seeds for Change Collective.
